An organization connects selected Jira projects to Zync. Zync analyzes the authorized operational records and reconstructs reusable knowledge, supporting evidence, recurring problems, and validated decisions. Zync is designed to complement Jira rather than replace it.
Zync starts with Jira and uses the minimum access required by the integration. The Jira connection is used to analyze the projects selected by the organization and reconstruct operational knowledge from their existing engineering records.
Google Sign-In is used only to authenticate users and identify their Zync account using basic account information provided during sign-in. Zync does not use Google Sign-In to access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or other Google Workspace content.
